Jonas Teuwen is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine of the Radboud University Medical Center. Within the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group, his current work focuses on the topic of automatic detection of microcalcifications in digital breast mammography and tomosynthesis. The main goal of this research is to develop a computer-aided detection system that makes reading of digital breast mammography tomosynthesis more effective in screening practice. Jonas received a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics in 2011 from the Delft University of Technology. In March 2016, he completed his PhD at the same university.
