Alessandro Ardu
Alessandro Ardu studied Cognitive Psychology and Psychobiology (BSc) at the University of Padova and Artificial Intelligence (MSc) at Radboud University, Nijmegen. He joined the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group in September 2019 as a PhD candidate supervised by Clarisa Sánchez. His research focuses on deep learning algorithms for the prediction of disease progression in intermediate age-related macular degeneration.
