In 2018, Luuk Boulogne obtained his Msc in Artificial Intelligence (summa cum laude) at the University of Groningen after completing his thesis on Extra Domain Data Generation with Generative Adversarial Nets. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group. Under supervision of Bram van Ginneken, Erik van der Heijden, and Colin Jacobs, he is working on automated prediction of the effects of a lobectomy on a patient's lung function. His PhD is part of Thira Lab.
