Steven Schalekamp
Radiologist
Steven Schalekamp obtained his medical degree at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam at 2011. Afterwards he joined the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group and in 2015 he completed his PhD entitled: Advanced processing in chest radiography: impact on observer performance. In 2019 he finished his radiology residency at the Radboudumc, and is currently working as a fellow chest radiology in Meander Medical Center in Amersfoort. As a part-time researcher his focus is on validation and implementation of AI in radiology.
