Janneke Lukkezen

PhD Candidate

Janneke Lukkezen is a PhD candidate in the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group at the Department Imaging and in the diabetes research group at the Department Internal Medicine. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and continued her studies with a Master’s in Medical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).

Her project is supervised by dr. Matthieu Rutten, dr. Teba Alnima, prof. dr. Bram van Ginneken, prof. dr. Cees Tack and dr. Nils Hendrix. The project falls under the MedCam-AI project, which is funded by the Interreg programme. The aim of this project is to investigate the utility of infrared thermography for diabetic foot care.
